Ultimate Passes

The Ultimate Pass (hereafter referred to as the Pass) allows unlimited bouldering for the Pass holder each month at Climbing Hut Ellesmere Port, and for over 5s at Climbing Hut Shrewsbury. Free shoe hire is also included for the Pass holder.

Payment will be taken by the credit/debit card that is stored on your account on or around the 1st day of each month unless you cancel the Pass.

If, due to a birthday, a Pass holder moves into a different age category, the price increase won't be applied until the month that follows the Pass holder's birthday.

If a Pass holder is no longer eligible for the Concession rate (for example due to an expired student card) then the Pass will automatically move onto the standard Adult Pass price.

The current age categories/prices are 2-4 years (£20 per month, Ellesmere Port only), under 18 years (£33 per month), 18+ years (£44 per month), Concessions (£33 per month). An under 18 year old can add on to a parent or guardian’s pass for £16. We also offer Course Passes for children on our NICAS sessions (£55 for under 7, £66 for 7+ years old).

You can choose to cancel your Pass at any time without penalty, but to do so you must use the Membership Change Request Form which can be found on our website:  https://www.climbinghut.com/ellesmereport/membership/change Course passes cannot be cancelled mid-term.

If you do cancel your Pass, then access to your Pass services will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorate refunds will be given for the remainder of the month during which we receive your cancellation request.  As long as your cancellation request is submitted by midnight on the final day of the month you will not be charged the next month's fee.

If the card associated with your account expires, or there are insufficient funds in your account on the 1st day of the month, we will attempt to take payment again, throughout the month. If we're still not able to take payment, we will put a note on your account that payment was declined. Your Pass services will be suspended until you settle the account on your next visit.

If we have not received payment or notice of cancellation for two consecutive months, we may flag your account as no longer being eligible for a Pass.

We reserve the right to change our Pass pricing and introduce cancellation charges at a future date, but we will always let you know before we do so and give you the opportunity to cancel your Pass without a cancellation charge before we introduce one.

Any personal details, data or photos that we retain on our systems are stored securely and will not be shared with 3rd parties, as per our Privacy Policy which can be found at www.climbinghut.com.
