Job Title: Marketing Assistant
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Work Hours: 20-30 hours per week flexible working with expectation to work during events

We are looking for a proactive and passionate digital marketing assistant to help deliver our campaigns at our Ellesmere Port site. You will assist with several aspects of our digital and physical marketing output, including creating engaging video content for Tiktok and IG, using our brand templates for social media and in-centre marketing, and our newsletter templates to deliver inspiring and informative content to our members and community.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Centre Manager(s) but will be expected to use your experience and passion to drive campaigns forward and meet targets with a degree of autonomy. Our ideal candidate will have social media fluency, an eye for design and preferably experience of working in a marketing team, or demonstrable transferable skills and experience. You will also ideally be passionate about climbing in order to pass that passion on to our community in an authentic and inspiring way.
