This course is for you if you've never climbed before, or have tried once or twice. You will be introduced to climbing, learning the basics that you will need to feel confident and comfortable on the wall.
Week 1 - You will cover basic movement, body positioning, the importance of centre of gravity and plenty of repetition.
Week 2 - Week 2 will introduce footwork. Showing you how to match, smear, hop and roll. You will also put together everything you have learned so far.
Week 3 - A summary of what you have learned on the course, and more about body position. You will also get the chance to climb on an overhang.
